Agenda

  • Week 1: Introduction to the programmatic approach

    We’ll provide an overview of learning programs, product and industry education, enablement, and certification programs with emphasis on strategic goal alignment. We’ll also discuss the use of measurement frameworks in large-scale customer education and product training.

  • Week 2: Know your audience, and their learner journeys

    We’ll discuss the differences between audience segmentation, job roles, and learner personas, and outline the importance of each in delivering education at scale.

  • Week 3: Design curriculum that scales

    We’ll dive into curriculum design and outline approaches to developing a modular curriculum that scales across audiences and use cases.

  • Week 4: Deliver and measurement

    We’ll investigate the pros and cons of synchronous and asynchronous learning and discuss the variety of modalities used in scaled education programs. We’ll then align delivery strategy to the principles of adult learning theory with the goal of achieving business results.
